A rare and exquisite circa 1780 English, possibly Irish, George III period bottle caddy or tabletop cellarette in the form of a two-storey ashlar Palladian mansion house, the boxwood, ebony, kingwood, and mahogany inlaid and veneered pine case with flat-topped hipped roof and faux parapet lid above front 'façade' with five 'six-over-six' windows surrounding 'six-panel' center door with over-door squared fanlight transom, the side 'elevations' with four corresponding windows each, on inlaid and banded extended platform 'foundation', the interior divided into two compartments.
